A traditional sauna works by heating the air around you, usually with heated rocks, creating a hot steamy environment that makes you sweat. Whereas infrared saunas use gentle infrared light to penetrate your skin and heat your body directly, rather than the surrounding air. This means infrared sauna often feel more comfortable at lower temperatures, allowing for longer relaxing sessions while still providing a deep, detoxifying sweat.
Our sauna is suitable for most healthy adults looking to support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. However, if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions (such as uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease), experience dizziness or fainting, have a fever or active infection, or are under medical treatment that may affect heat tolerance, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before booking.
Absolutely. Many guests enjoy sauna sessions with a friend for a more social, relaxing experience. Please note that all extra guests are charged at extra $10 and must follow our wellness and hygiene guidelines.
For comfort and hygiene, we kindly ask that you bring two towels with you, one to sit on while using the sauna and another to dry yourself off afterwards. Using a towel to sit on helps maintain hygiene and comfort.

If your unable to bring your own towel, no problem at all we do have towels available to hire. This can easily be arranged when you arrive, so just let us know and we'll take care of it for you.
Yes, we do have a shower available, though there is only one. It is mainly used for the float pod clients, so please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it. Showers are limited to 15 minutes for rinsing off, and we ask that you be mindful of this time as its shared with the float pod users. There is a $5 charge to use our shower.
We recommend for beginners and general maintenance at least one a week and for specific health goals, two to three times per week can be ideal. You can even use the sauna daily if you like, just like you would incorporate exercise into your routine. if you are following a health program, such as a cleanse or detox, more frequent sessions may be beneficial.

For hygiene and comfort, we recommend floating with clean skin and hair (shower immediately before your session), and avoiding heavy lotions, oils, or hair products that can affect water quality. Minor cuts or freshly shaved skin may sting in the epsom salt solution; if you have open wounds or significant skin irritation, please wait until healed before booking.
For the best float experience, we recommend floating nude so nothing restricts your movement or creates pressure points. The water is highly filtered and sanitized between each guest, and your session is completely private. If you prefer, you’re welcome to wear a clean swimsuit-just avoid zippers, strings, metal parts, or anything that may be uncomfortable or affect the water.
You only need to bring a spare change of clothes, and your float outfit. Everything else we provide for you; towels, robes, earplugs, body wash, shampoo & condition, makeup wipes, lotion and a hair dryer for your use.
This is a very common concern for first time floaters, but there's nothing to worry about. You're in control, you're more than welcome to keep the lid open or the lights on during your float. Most people with this worry find they have a completely relaxing experience.
No worries at all! It's completely safe. Many people drift into a deeply relaxed mediative state, meaning when you wake up you will feel very restored. The high salt content keeps you floating effortlessly on your back with your face comfortably above the water, if you do drift off, gentle music will play at the end to wake you up peacefully.
Yes, you can float while pregnant many people find if as a sense of relive from pain, as it takes pressure off your joints, back and hips. We do not allow floating in your first trimester or past 37 weeks.
Please get an approval by your doctor or midwife before booking a float.
Very! Our float pod is automatically cleaned and sanitised between every client to ensure the highest level of hygiene. The water is purified using a combination of ultraviolet, fine micro filtration and hydroperoxide, keeping it exceptionally clean and sterile at all times. The high salt concentration in the water is also naturally antibacterial, providing an additional layer of protection.
In addition to the automatic system, we thoroughly reset the room between clients. this includes changing all towels and carefully cleaning and wiping down the exterior and surrounding areas of the pod, so every client arrives in a fresh, pristine space.
We only allow one person per pod, as having the space to yourself ensures the most relaxing and uninterrupted float experience.

From the easy parking, to the lovely scent walking in the door. Greeted by a warm smile, and easy to follow instructions, I enjoyed and hour of pure bliss and relaxation before floating out the door.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and genuinely welcoming - you can tell care has gone into creating this space. It is tranquil and calming. The pod itself is beautifully warm and relaxing, within minutes, I could feel the stress start to melt away, so much so I fell asleep. It’s a unique experience, like giving your mind and body a proper break 🥰.
